We feature 6 trap fields under stadium lights, 5 fully automated Sporting Clays Courses with 15 stations on each, 2 s***t fields, 5-stand, FITASC parcours and a fully automated ZZ ring.

We’re not going to lie to you.

But there’s something about stepping up to the station when nobody else wants to be outside that hits different.

The course is wide open.

The light is golden.

And the only thing louder than the heat is the sound of a clean break.

Some clubs shut it down for summer. We turn it up.

Registration is open for the annual 2027 RC Cup 💥

2027 RC Cup at South Florida Shooting Club, Jan 27-31, 2027.

The 50 target 20-gauge Super Sport will run on Wednesday morning.

The 50 target 28-gauge Super Sport will run on Wednesday afternoon both events are squadded.

50 target 20-gauge FITASC and 50 target 8-gauge FITASC will run on Wednesday - Sunday, both events are squadded.

100 target FITASC starts on Thursday and runs through Sunday.

Shooters may shoot 100 targets on Thursday or Friday, or 50 targets Saturday and 50 targets Sunday

Thursday Preliminary 100 targets shot over 15 stations; this event is squadded.

Friday Preliminary 100 targets shot over 15 stations; this event is squadded.

20 Gauge Sporting, 50 targets, European rotation.

Each competitor must complete the course with a 20-gauge, and changing gauges during the course is not permitted.

28 Gauge Sporting 50 targets, European rotation.

Each competitor must complete the course with a 28-gauge, and changing gauges during the course is not permitted.
410 Bore Sporting, 50 targets, European rotation

Each competitor must complete the course with a .140 Bore, and changing gauges during the course is not permitted.

5 Stand 50 targets shot over 2 layouts on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. This event is squadded.

Super Sporting 100 targets to be shot on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

RC Cup: 200-target MAIN EVENT.

100 targets shot on Saturday, and 100 targets shot on Sunday. This event is squadded.

Main event entrants will get a complimentary ticket to the shooters’ dinner on Saturday; please purchase extra tickets for guests.

Stance is everything in sporting clays.

Get it wrong and you’re fighting the gun before the bird even launches.

Square up too much and you’ll fight your swing on crossers.

Open up too far and you lose power on going-aways.

Weight forward, knees soft, lead foot pointed where you plan to break the bird, not where the trap is throwing from.

The best shooters in the country aren’t faster than you.
