It’s been a wild ride the last 5 yrs! A lot of ups and some downs but every minute has been worth it. GF is not done, it’s just changing a bit.

I have decided to coach my fitness classes back at Anytime Fitness in Indianola. I will still be offering other services through GF which include:

Body Tempering
