H2O Swim Club Providing young people the education, support, and opportunity to achieve excellence in swimming and life.

H2O is a year round recreational and competitive swimming team actively striving to help young student-athletes reach their full potential in swimming and life. We offer a technique-based program designed to promote stroke efficiency and speed. Our staff ensures a safe, healthy, positive environment that fosters growth in swimming encouraging every individual to achieve the highest potential of p

ersonal development. At H2O we emphasize the journey towards success, empowering all athletes to progressively set and achieve goals. Our young swimmers acquire and hone skills that promote lifelong achievement in all arenas: respect for others and self, teamwork, sportsmanship, focus, and goal setting. H2O athletes gain enhanced self-esteem and self-reliance through every conquered hurdle. At H2O we teach and perfect all four competitive strokes, and emphasize the importance of streamlining, kicking, body position and body awareness. Our stroke progressions allow athletes to sequentially build upon mastered skills. Our ultimate goal at H2O is to provide student-athletes with every possible tool leading to success as senior swimmers. Our program is designed to give every athlete the chance to swim in college and use swimming to enhance the college experience. Those athletes who choose to not swim beyond high school benefit from the self-discipline and goal setting approach of striving to reach personal bests in swimming.

💦H20 2026 SEASON UPDATE 💦

Hello H20 swim families! After a long wait, we are SO excited to be back in our Madison pool and are ready to kick off another winter H20 season! Our pool is almost complete, and we can’t wait to get our team back together!👏👏👏

New swimmer evaluations and registration will take place at the end of September, and practices will begin the week of October 12th, following fall break. Try-out/evaluation dates will be posted soon. 🏊🏼‍♀️🏊🏼‍♀️🏊🏼‍♀️

We look forward to seeing our swimmers back in the pool, working hard and having fun! Please reach out to one of our coaches or board members with additional questions. 💬📱

‼️‼️Reminder - summer registration is Monday 4/21 and Tuesday 4/22 from 6 to 7 at Southwestern pool. All swimmers (new and current) swimming this summer must register one of these two days. $150 due at time of registration (cash, check or Venmo). We are looking forward to a fun summer season!!! 🌊 Get Excited, H2O Swimmers! 🌊

We’re thrilled to announce that H2O is teaming up with JCAC this summer! 🤝💦

With the Madison pool currently closed for repairs, we’re combining forces with JCAC to bring our swimmers an amazing opportunity for this summer and hopefully years to come!!
✅ Attend both SEISA and USA meets
✅ Up to 6 practice times per week
✅ Work with 5 incredible coaches

This partnership means more flexibility, more support, and more chances to shine in and out of the pool! 🏊‍♂️💪

All new and current swimmers are required to attend registration. More information will be available during this time.
