Want to make a difference in someone's life while supporting the M4G community?

We're looking for volunteers to help work the NPYL concession stand and raise money for our Giving 4 Greatness program! Every shift worked helps generate funds that provide CrossFit memberships for individuals facing financial barriers.

✨ 10% of the concession stand profits from the shifts worked will go directly to Giving 4 Greatness.

Whether you can help for a few hours or multiple shifts, every volunteer makes an impact!

At M4G, no two days are exactly the same — and that’s part of what makes CrossFit so fun, effective, and challenging! From quick, intense workouts to longer endurance pieces, every class is designed with purpose, variety, and scalability in mind.

Whether you’re brand new to fitness or have years of experience, workouts can always be modified to meet YOU where you are. 💪

This is your chance to share the M4G experience with someone you care about. Whether it’s a friend, coworker, spouse, or family member, we’re opening our doors to let them jump into any class time, meet our incredible coaching team, and experience firsthand what makes this community so special.

From the energy on the floor, to the support in every rep, to the friendships that go way beyond the gym — this week is all about sharing the love of M4G 💪

At M4G, we believe the most important thing we can do as a community is simple… SHOW LOVE.

That’s what our Show Love Celebration is all about 🙌

This FREE community workout day is your chance to grab your spouse, significant other, best friend, coworker, neighbor — ANYONE — and come move, sweat, laugh, and celebrate together 💪. Be believe in loving ALL!

🗓 Saturday, June 20th
⏰ Class Times: 8:30 a.m. & 9:30 a.m.
📍 Guests are welcome FREE!
⚠️ Guests should arrive 10 minutes early to sign a waiver before class.

But this event is about more than just a workout.

Throughout the month of June, we’re challenging our M4G community to intentionally go ABOVE & BEYOND with “Random Acts of Love” 💜

Buy someone coffee.
Send the encouraging text.
Compliment a stranger.
Support someone struggling.
Show kindness when it’s inconvenient.

Because one small act of love can truly change someone’s day — and maybe even their life.

The Fitness Pyramid 💜

This is a reminder that fitness is built from the ground up — and what happens outside the gym matters just as much as what happens inside it.

Too often we focus only on the “top” of the pyramid:
🏋️ lifting heavier
🏃 moving faster
🏆 competing better

But real, lasting fitness starts with the foundation:
😴 Sleep
🥗 Nutrition
❤️ Conditioning
🤸 Movement quality & gymnastics
🏋️ Strength & skill work

Every layer supports the next.

You can’t out-train poor recovery.
You can’t expect peak performance without fueling your body.
And you can’t build greatness without consistency in the little things no one sees.

The goal isn’t perfection — it’s building habits that support a stronger, healthier life over time.

Train hard. Fuel well. Sleep enough. Show up consistently.

Today, the M4G community came together to take on MURPH — pushing through every mile and every rep while remembering and honoring the brave men and women who fought for our freedom and made the ultimate sacrifice.

From the first heat to the last, the energy, encouragement, and community spirit on display was incredible. We’re so proud of everyone who showed up, worked hard, and honored the meaning behind Memorial Day with us.

Today wasn’t just about the miles, pull-ups, push-ups, or squats — it was about coming together as a community to honor and remember the brave men and women who fought for our freedom and made the ultimate sacrifice.

We’re so proud of every single athlete who showed up, pushed through, encouraged one another, and embraced the meaning behind this workout. The sweat, grit, and heart on display this morning was something special.
