- Bootcamp Join us in-person for a full body strength and cardio workout that will push you to your potential. Bootcamp incorporates a multitude of different exercises and equipment to always keep your muscles guessing what’s to come.
- *Butts N’ Guts Focusing on the contractions of the muscles worked. This class does not require major compound movements but will leave you feeling sore and satisfied!
- *Cardio Strength Intervals of bodyweight exercises, free weights, balance and core mixed with fast-paced combinations of resistance training and cardio endurance will raise the heart rate, burn calories, and promote strength and endurance.
- *Core N More Feel the burn in your midsection as we take you through core scorching exercises with a little mix of upper and lower body.
- *HIIT High Intensity Interval Training Hit it hard for this full body workout that will combine strength and cardio exercises to elevate that heart rate for 30 minutes.
- *Kickboxing Punching, kicking, footwork, and core exercises to burn calories and become fit.
- *Sweat Come Sweat on your lunch break! We are taking intervals to a whole new level with intervals of cardio followed by strength!
- *Strength All levels are welcome to strength train with a variety of equipment and exercises.
- *Tabata 20 seconds on / 10 seconds off for 8 rounds. You will feel the burn with this workout!
- *Yoga Find your balance with this mind body connection. Start looking and feeling your best from the inside out.
- *650 Fusion Combines 45-minutes of cardio, strength, core, and balance while using a variety of exercise equipment. As the name 650 implies, participants should be able to achieve 650 repetitions at the end of each workout.
