The Tower Fitness Center TFC is available to tenants of the OneAmerica building & community members. Group exercise classes, Please message us if you have any questions.

Tower fitness strives to provide you with the resources to achieve your fitness goals. Our facility was christened by Arnold Schwarzenegger himself and upholds the highest of standards for our members. Our members enjoy:
• New fitness equipment upgraded in 2019 (so basically, it’s still just like new since most of One America has been remote the past two years!). Our equipment inventory includes

- Selectorized Weight Machines
- Treadmills, Rowers, Stair Climbers, Ellipticals and Bikes
- Squat and Bench Wracks
- Dumbbells up to 100 lbs.
• Freshly Cleaned Towel Service
• Luxury Locker Rooms included with free lockers, private showers, dirty clothes bags and hairdryers (large lockers available for purchase)
• State of the art Sauna and Spa
• Fitness Professionals on site
• Discounted Personal Training Packages with no contract
- Included are physical assessments including body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular endurance, metabolism and more!
• Professionally instructed Group X Classes (*Virtual and Live)
- *Barre Strength All the benefits of Barre including its practice at a higher pace and intensity. Class will use the barre as well as weights and other power equipment. Designed to not only promote lean muscle mass and flexibility but also add maximum strength and stamina.
- Bootcamp Join us in-person for a full body strength and cardio workout that will push you to your potential. Bootcamp incorporates a multitude of different exercises and equipment to always keep your muscles guessing what’s to come.
- *Butts N’ Guts Focusing on the contractions of the muscles worked. This class does not require major compound movements but will leave you feeling sore and satisfied!
- *Cardio Strength Intervals of bodyweight exercises, free weights, balance and core mixed with fast-paced combinations of resistance training and cardio endurance will raise the heart rate, burn calories, and promote strength and endurance.
- *Core N More Feel the burn in your midsection as we take you through core scorching exercises with a little mix of upper and lower body.
- *HIIT High Intensity Interval Training Hit it hard for this full body workout that will combine strength and cardio exercises to elevate that heart rate for 30 minutes.
- *Kickboxing Punching, kicking, footwork, and core exercises to burn calories and become fit.
- *Sweat Come Sweat on your lunch break! We are taking intervals to a whole new level with intervals of cardio followed by strength!
- *Strength All levels are welcome to strength train with a variety of equipment and exercises.
- *Tabata 20 seconds on / 10 seconds off for 8 rounds. You will feel the burn with this workout!
- *Yoga Find your balance with this mind body connection. Start looking and feeling your best from the inside out.
- *650 Fusion Combines 45-minutes of cardio, strength, core, and balance while using a variety of exercise equipment. As the name 650 implies, participants should be able to achieve 650 repetitions at the end of each workout. We are happy to schedule a tour so you can come in and see for yourself how great our facility and staff really is!
