I’m soooo excited to announce “Presenzia Live!”

It’s safe to feel ALL parts of you.

Some days or parts of days don’t always feel good.

Some days are hard.

Some days unexplainable sadness may wash over you.

Some days you may feel tired, afraid, worried or angry.

NOTICE how you respond to your feelings.

Do you resist them?
Do you create dramatic stories out of them?
Do you try to distract yourself from them?
Do you ignore them?
Do you push them down?

Take notice.
Allow yourself to feel them full on.
Let them run through you.
Cry with them.
Laugh with them.
Rage with them.
Sense where they show up in your body.

The entire spectrum of feelings is a part of you.

Befriend each one.

It’s safe to feel.

💫Do you feel the shift in energy, too?

🖤I woke up this morning feeling like I was wrapped in a thin veil of my conditioned self (ego). There was an ever so slight heaviness to it that I haven’t been feeling for awhile.

So after giving it the time, attention & love it needed, I decided that I was ready to lift that veil off and move back into my Truth, my light, my essential self.

✨One of my favorite things to do to shift back into my own true energy or PRESENCE is to dance!!!!

This song Beautiful Day by has been an all-time favorite of mine since I can remember. I highly recommend you give it a listen ASAP if you want to feel good and tune back into yourSelf. So grateful for it!

When you finally start showing up for yourself like you’ve been showing up for everybody else.

I remember when one of my dear clients (you know who you are ❤️!) JOYOUSLY told me that after working together for a short while she ALLOWED herself to read a book in the middle of the afternoon (with her two young children and husband at home) WITHOUT feeling guilty!

✨Imagine how it feels to give yourself FULL permission to BE you, the most authentic YOU.

🤍But…. how do you do that when you are “hard wired” to take care of everyone else first?

✨Developing an unshakeable loving relationship with yourSelf not only matters, it’s essential.
