Hoosier Boy's Kennel German Shorthaired Pointers - Dog Training - Dog kennel We are a small kennel located in central Indiana.

Ron got into hunting with his uncles when he was just ten years old. At fourteen his uncle bought him his first hunting dog, a blue tick c**n dog named Bo. From there his true passion came when he got his first Versatile dog a German Shorthaired Pointer. Ron has trained and tested in all aspects of the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association and has one of only three German Shorthair Vers

atile Champions in the state of Indiana. Ron is very active in the sport we call hunting and loves to take kids out in the outdoors. Ryan was introduced to hunting at a young age, mainly hunting rabbits behind beagles. The first introduction to upland bird hunting with a well mannered hunting dog sparked his interest and the addiction began. From then hunting, training and working with hunting dogs has been a passion. Ryan and his family's favorite hunting companions are German Shorthaired Pointers.
