What an amazing Labor Day weekend it was! ⛳️
First off, I want to give a massive THANK YOU to each and every player who showed up to compete at the 2026 French Lick Regional and made it such an incredible success. Without all 124 of you representing 24 Golfweek tours across the country, this event wouldn’t be possible!
Players tackled a true Championship venue shift—kicking off Round 1 on the historic par-70 layout and undulating greens of the Donald Ross Course before heading up to the dramatic hilltop views and severe slopes of the Pete Dye Course (par 72) for Round 2!
TOURNAMENT FLIGHT RECAPS & RESULTS
CHAMP FLIGHT: Defending champion David Wachter (Indianapolis) picked up right where he left off, using a solid opening-round 75 (+5) at the Ross course to grab the early lead over Josh Simmons and William Lewis (76s). Moving to the Dye Course for Round 2, Wachter showed incredible poise under pressure, matching Chris Pestka’s low round of the day (78) to post a 153 total and defend his title back-to-back!
