Thirteen years ago today, Peter Brasovan and I officially opened CrossFit NapTown (now Myriad CrossFit).

We've had well over 10,000+ people walk through our doors as members, coaches, friends, and family over those years.

I may be the solo owner of Myriad Health + Fitness now, but I know that I couldn't have done this without every one of you.

It feels WILD that I just signed my 14th CrossFit Affiliate License Agreement.

Our 13 Year Anniversary will be on October 8th, 2024 and we will be heading into our 14th year as a CrossFit gym.

Let's do some match:
- That's 3.5 High School Tenures (assuming you completed all four years of high school).
- That's 5113.5 days.
- That's raising a baby to a teenager!! (luckily my oldest child is still only 5 as I don't want to wish those years away).

That's a long time to do doing anything.

I just listened to the 2024 Duke commencement speech by Jerry Seinfeld today and he said "love everything" as his advice to those graduating students entering the real world.

Love everything you do, everything you touch, everything you see, and everyone you meet. If you do, you will be good, and do good, in this life.

I love everything :)
