So proud of both these young men, who trained diligently and fought through their fears about going to their first competition. Their discipline was well rewarded with a first and second place in fighting/kumite at an interdojo tournament. They had multiple fights and fought their hearts out. Congratulations to them both!

This Saturday, Nov 5th!! Doors open at 5:30pm. Hit me up if you want to volunteer to help on Fri or Sat. I believe there are 10-12 fights on the card, with a couple of them being kickboxing matches. We would love to see all of you. Get your tickets early through Eventbright and save yourself time at the door. Great vendors for food and drinks. See you soon!
