Pole Harmony was a pole and aerial dance fitness studio on the southeast side of Indianapolis from July 2013 to October 2015. Former owner and longtime pole fitness community blogger, Kody Parker (online alias kobajo84 since 2008), has maintained the Pole Harmony brand to continue blogging in the newly revamped lifestyle blog.

Finally getting around to posting some of my drafted blogs that I wrote when I was pregnant. 💕 Here's a list of items I compiled throughout my pregnancy for both comfort and fitness. At the end I was more focused on comfort but still trying to incorporate as much movement as possible. After only being in active labor for 3 hours with induction, I can vouch for the importance of fitness during pregnancy. It helped me so much in my labor and delivery process. Just keep moving Mamas. New Lifestyle blog: Making the switch to natural deodorant. There's so much controversy over aluminum in deodorant and antiperspirant products. Just wrote a new blog this morning with fresh insight into my restructuring plan. I have been obsessed with Barre style workouts lately! I have really seen some amazing changes in my body in just one month as a result of adding this style of workout into my routine! Due to my regular job as a nurse on a teacher schedule, I don't work the summer months so I have to budget my finances and keep my workout costs lower when I'm not working.
