The team had a great showing in Raleigh! Two wins and a tie, and we scored a total of 10 goals on the weekend. Great work ladies! Let's keep training hard, and I'm sure there are many more wins our future!

On Friday morning for those of you who are in town, we will meet in the lobby at 8:30 AM for a stretch and jog. Breakfast is available at the hotel, so we should be able to each after the run. Let's be sure we are all at the field an hour early. Safe travels!

CASL is finally here! It's been a great few weeks of practice, and successful friendlies and I know we are ready for the a bigger test down in Raleigh! Please plan to have dinner with the team on Friday evening post game, and we will also engage in a team activity.

Hi team! I started this page so that I had a way to communicate with you throughout the season. My hope is this will be an easy way for us to share our thoughts and ideas about the team.
