Surprisingly I allowed my alarm clock to ring only 1x today, layed in bed thinking about how I was NOT motivated but then decided to count as she suggests 5,4,3,2,1...and and I got up.
It sucked at first no doubt but I was out of bed by 4:10 am...
I did not allow myself to focus on being down I focused on being productive:
- cleaned up kitchen (I function better in a straightened house)
-made chicken for lunches
- STUDIED FOR 1.15 hours for my ACE exam
- worked out 30 min
If I allow myself to worry and focus on what is holding me back, I will never ever move forward.
Fear holds us back, it holds me back and I'm really going to try to make a better effort to stop that.
