I jumped the gun yesterday and posted my May open house for the 11th. That is the day before Mothers Day. Not wise to mess with Moms! So, respectfully, I moved it back one week to the 18th.

5-Element Martial Arts located at 5028 E. 62nd Street (62nd & Binford Blvd) is having an open house this coming Saturday, April 29, 2023

The doors will be open from Noon until 3PM. Stop by and see what we offer. We are not a sport type school, rather, we teach life skills for personal security. All of the arts we teach here have a deep study of Acupuncture principles' or Pressure Points that are used to create opportunities in real life situations.

Classes include:
Ryukyu Kempo Karate (Okinawan Pressure Point Karate)
Small Circle Jujitsu (Standup Grappling and Joint Locking)
Modern Arnis (Filipino Stick & Knife Fighting)
Womens Self Defense (My College Pressure Point Method)

My good friend Matt Brown and I have started an Instructional Page through Facebook called The Principles of the Grandmasters. We are posting videos from camps and seminars along with special videos created just for the Principles of the Grandmasters page. Our goal is to teach about the details or principles that are the underlying reason why Kyusho Jitsu (pressure point striking) and Tuite Jitsu (pressure point grappling) techniques really work and/or how to do them yourself.
