Hard work isn’t punishment. It’s a privilege.

Somewhere along the line, we started treating workouts like they were something we “had” to do. Like they were a consequence… a chore… a way to punish ourselves for what we ate.

But the truth?

Training is access.
To strength. Confidence. Energy.
To a version of yourself you might’ve forgotten was even possible.

You don’t have to do this.
You get to.

And not everyone gets that chance.
