The time we went to Myrtle Beach and our hotel had a bowling alley in it .. guess who brought there own balls and shoes?? Me!! 😂😂

Finally getting some practice time in between show choir try-outs. Hitting 195s felt pretty good when dad is
shooting in the 220s! We also had spare practice and played a game called low ball… the objective is to only hit 7 or 10 pin with a full rack… he beat me 74-81 so I was hanging with him 🥰

Practice this morning throwing a 13lb ball… was wondering if the extra pound was cause some bad habits but it felt just like a 12lb ball… I’m getting stronger!💪🏽 yay!!!

Was working on balance and alignment… my balance arm was behind my body a little bit which tends to make me pull the ball inside of my mark … always working
