Rock Monster Beadlock Wheels in ACTION @ KOH with

little KOH Recap::::
We rolled out to the lakebed on Saturday after the rain. The conditions were primo by that time. Didn’t waste any time pre running. On Monday we picked up a set of the Baja Boss XS and spent a few hours mounting them onto the wheels. One of the benefits with the Hutchinson’s is the ease of mounting tires. No machines or special tools are needed and about 10x faster than mounting “standard” beadlocks!

Pre ran the desert and finished running rock trails. Did some classic night wheeling. The stickey mickeys on the TJ were amazing!

Cruised through tech and took the start line 159th place as we chose not to qualify. Near dead last. The race went pretty smooth. Turkey claw traffic jam was a big bummer and regret not trying the left bonus line as we spent over ~30 minutes sitting there. Passed a majority of the class before hitting Aftershock and ended up behind for a while. Just kept a smooth pace, only winched a couple times, a few less than ideal alternate lines were used due to traffic. The rock lap was no joke! killed it getting us through the course.

Finished 4th place out of 43 in the class, 17 minutes behind 3rd! 40th overall
No flats or other major issues. We smoked some rocks that should have killed our tires multiple times over and we ran the same 4 tires and wheels all week long! The shocks were dialed and handled the desert extremely well! Thanks everyone for the support!!
