The Inaugural Indiana vs Illinois tournament took place this weekend in Carmel. Both teams came to play and we saw the majority of matches go to five. Indiana came out on top, winning the tournament by one match! We are looking forward to next years meeting which will be hosted in Chicago.

57th annual Hahn Cup today in Indy. A great group of men from all three cities continuing a tradition started in 1962. The great sport of squash only made better by Indy wins in all three Divisions!

Getting excited for the Hahn Cup tournament coming up on Feb 3rd-5th in Louisville this year. We still need a few double players to round out the Indy line up. Please let us know if you are interested or know someone who is. Indy won last year so we have a title to defend!

Congrats to Team Indy for Winning Divisions I & III and the overall Hahn Cup

The first lightning round tournament for Indy squash members will be held this Saturday from 9am-12pm. All levels are encouraged to play, it will be one big draw for all entrants and best of two games to 11 will be played out to position, so lots of quick matches. This will establish our new city ladder ranking.

If you have not done so already, bring a check for $50 made out to the "Indiana squash association" for the annual dues. We are expecting 16-20 players, spread the word, see you Saturday!

Would any of us have any chance against these two? The answer is no. But can we learn from them? Yes.

Sorry to announce Doc Diehl's passing this past Monday, March 9. He was a true role model for those of us who learned the game at the Indianapolis Athletic Club, and it was always a pleasure to spend time with him. His obituary and other information can be found in today's Indianapolis Star.
