What a day for golf and our community! ⛳️

The Bank of America Golf with Us event was an incredible way to bring people together and put the finishing touch on Frederick Douglass Golf Course’s 100-year celebration.

Throughout the day, kids had the opportunity to learn, play, make new friends and experience the game through different activities and stations alongside some amazing mentors and volunteers.

We were thrilled to welcome Tamika Catchings and Jeff Saturday, along with one of the greatest golfers of all time, Annika Sörenstam. With 72 LPGA Tour victories and 10 major championships, Annika gave our young golfers the opportunity to learn from a true legend of the game.

Everything came together beautifully, our volunteers had a wonderful time, and judging by the smiles, the kids had an even better one. Thank you to everyone who helped make this such a special day and an incredible celebration of golf, community and 100 years at Frederick Douglass!
