Okay, I know I said I was back last time and then I took a little break to recoup from surgery so now I’m really back starting with Sunday’s yin class downtown & zoom at 5:45p. I’ll also be teaching yin on Wednesday’s at IWC & zoom at 7p starting in October. With the cooler weather, you may want an extra layer or two and socks! Class on Sunday will most likely feature my favorite poses - banana and supported butterfly fish. Let me know if you have requests!

Usually I like to post my schedule on the 1st of the month but who knows what day it is any more 🤷‍♀️ With all the uncertainty of how long the current situation will continue, I’ve found it hard to plan ahead and have taken breaks from social media. Since I think we’ll be home for May (or I will be), here’s the Sunday dates for you calendar - it still feels like it’s an episode of Cribs at the start of every class 😆 If you have a pose or target area request, leave it in the comments and I’ll try to incorporate it! See you on your mat! ⁣
