Working on The R|FRM News, February Edition (I like to refer to the monthly newsletter as if it’s an established publication) and I want to hear from YOU! The monthly newsletter is to update you on what’s new with R|FRM, special classes coming up, sales, community updates, etc. but I want to make it even more valuable for you. Teaching in a virtual space is such a blessing during this time but it’s not the open forum for questions that an in-person class is. I’ll be adding a new Q&A section to the newsletter to address some questions you may have! People are always bashful to ask but I can guarantee, there are 5 other people with the same question as you so throw it out there! Questions can be specific to certain exercises, injuries, modifications, muscles, formats, goal setting, reformer or even what is Pilates :)
