In support of a relationship with IUP, Elite Focus Coaching is offering a limited number of free adult life coaching and athlete (12+) focus training sessions.

By participating, you are under no obligation to book additional sessions. This is a 100% cost-free opportunity. Sessions are typically 30-40 minutes and are conducted in our Indiana, PA office. Hours are by appointment.

Sometimes a simple change of mindset can help you overcome obstacles that you otherwise thought defined you. Instead of saying, “I’m not good at this,” or “I can’t do that,” your mind can be trained to use phrases like “I presently struggle with,” or “I look forward to overcoming this.”

Don’t let your past define you. We all evolve in our own unique ways and it’s unlikely you were great at anything without some level of practice, determination, and perseverance. If you have a barrier that’s preventing you from reaching your full potential the time to address it is now.

Fall sports will be here before you know it. In fact, if you’re serious about your upcoming season you should already be preparing your body and your mind for competition.

I often see clients for the first time when there’s a problem. While that’s okay, routine mental focus practice helps prevent issues from arising in the first place. If you’re looking for an edge this fall the time to schedule your sessions is now! You wouldn’t start lifting weights, running, and practicing on the day of your first game would you?

Show me, don’t tell me. Like any other type of training, mental focus exercises must become part of the routine in order to be effective. A quality focus coach will give you the tools to be successful, but if you don’t take it upon yourself to do the work between sessions, your gains will quickly evaporate.

Be committed! You wouldn’t go to the gym or do a workout once a week and expect significant change. Improving focus and mental strength requires continual effort to get the results you’re looking for.
