One of the biggest mistakes I see menopausal women make is trying to eat less and less.

Less calories.

Less carbs.

One of the hardest things about menopause for me personally was this...

I was already a trainer.

I understood nutrition.

I exercised consistently.

And suddenly my body felt completely different.

The weight gain.
The joint pain.
The afternoon exhaustion.

Honestly, I thought I was doing something wrong.

And honestly?
That’s exactly what I did at first too.

❌ push harder
