How RAD is this!!!! Double family level up!!!! Please congratulate Cash on 2 stripes and welcome Sterling Alexander into the upper belt club with his new purple belt!!! The grind gets harder before it gets easier, youll be tested many times on the mats but great character always wins out and the pillars in the community show through time. We are so lucky to have Sterling and their family at the school and he fits the role of an upper belt well. 🫶💪🙌

We had a great day at the Newbreed tournament yesterday with two awesome young individuals. Carson competed in his second tournament and although they didnt all go his way he still had great matches and took home a second. Chloe aka "StarDestroyer" took on her very first tournament and ended up with double golds and a clean sweep across ALL her divisions while also securing a submission for one of the wins. As coaches you just want a safe day for your students and everyone to learn from the situation and I believe we accomplished that. Super proud of our team and thank you to all that came out to support. We will have more photos to post soon.

Happy Saturday - today is the Newbreed Jiujitsu tournament - let'ssssss ggggooooo Carson and Chloe!! The tournament is at Carolina Courts here in Indian Trail (about 1 mile from Art of Motion across 74).
*There is no open mat today due to the competition

A few things to know if you are coming to support:
- Spectator tickets are $20/person
- Match times can change, you can follow along through the Newbreed website by going to 'matches' and typing in either Carson Cring (kids class), or Chloe Tobin (adults class) - listed below
- Kim can be reached at 419-551-0988 if you have any trouble finding which mats they will be at/times for matches

Is it getting hot in here or is it our HUUM | sauna heaters heater/controller delivery from SaunaKits.com !!!! These heaters are the absolute best available and heat floor to ceiling unlike most heaters on market. We also grabbed their largest unit available to make sure our large sauna stays nice and hot!!! 💪👏👍🔥
