Last weekend, our girls had another FANTASTIC tournament in Chicago! They represented CRG and showed everyone what Charlotte is made of.
Many gold and silver medals were won over the weekend.
We applaud our girl's hard work and dedication to the team.

Over the weekend we hosted our annual Star Cup Competition!
It was two days tull of leotards, music, splits, apparatus, medals and of course hard work and grace! ✨

Our little stars as young as four performed their first routine all by themselves while our competitive teams leveled up from their previous competition and left it all on the floor Y We are so proud of our gymnasts.
Thank you coaches, organizers, parents and all the other teams for coming through and making it a spectacular event!

We had a spectacular weekend in Wilmington for one of our annual competitions 🤩 We had gymnasts compete for the first time, and others who showcased new routines but joy and growth was a common theme. Competition day is always a thrill - we’re so proud of each and every one of you! Thank you to the parents who continue to support your girls - without you it won’t be possible. We’re working hard and long at those apparatus tosses.
Apparatus tosses in rhythmic gymnastics are high-stakes, choreographed throws of the hoop, ball, clubs or ribbon that often incorporate body difficulties like leaps or turns requiring precise control to catch without interrupting the routine’s flow. Key techniques include using fingertips for momentum, managing rotation/plane, and catching with hands, legs, or behind the back ✨
