It’s club season and if you’re going to invest additional money in anything, here’s 3 things I recommend:
1. Recovery. Jumping , hitting the floors multiple games in 1 day
2. Speed and agility training!
having that additional 2 days a week, agility and strength training will be the game changer for your athlete
3. Mental performance coach or a film study coach. Someone who can teach your kid how to develop mentally and how to study their own film so they can progress on their own.
