IHST is hosting Belair Bath & Tennis (BBT) this weekend! Here’s everything you need to know. 👇

🕚 Please arrive at 7:00 AM. Swimmers should check in with a coach to get race assignments and volunteers should check in with Janice (meet manager). We still need a few more volunteers, so please sign up for a role in SwimTopia.

🚫 As a reminder, we are unable to provide concessions this season, so be sure to pack water and snacks.

Tomorrow we will be swimming our time trials.

Arrival — 7:15 a.m.
Warm-Ups — 7:35 & 7:45 a.m.
Meet Begins — 8:00 a.m.
Wraps Up — 12:00 noon

✅ Know Before You Go:
👉 Swimmers: Check in with a coach upon arrival for your race assignments.
👉 Parent Volunteers: Find Janice Patterson (your Meet Manager) to get your meet job assignment.
👉 Job sign-ups are in SwimTopia — click “Job Sign Up” next to the meet and save your assignment. Family friends, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and older siblings are welcome to fill roles too!

🔧 Friday Night Set-Up: We need families to help set up the pool deck during practice on Friday. And after the meet — all hands on deck for tear-down! 💪

First up is returning swimmers ages 12-18. Tomorrow is all new swimmers and returning swimmers ages 5-11. You can choose the 5:30-6:30 or 6:30-7:30 time slot.

While school is still in session, all practices will take place at St. Charles High School (Donald M. Wade Aquatics Center) and will run in two time slots: 5:30–6:30 PM and 6:30–7:30 PM.
