Most people think the answer is to go harder.

More intensity.
More suffering.
More “I almost died” workouts.

Intensity matters.

There are days when you should push.
There are days when the workout should be uncomfortable.
There are days when you need to find out what you’re made of.

But that’s not every day.

The thing that actually changes your life isn’t one brutal workout.

It’s showing up again tomorrow. And next week. And next month.

It’s training that lets you keep coming back instead of needing to disappear for two weeks because everything hurts.

Consistency isn’t flashy.

It doesn’t make for the best Instagram story.

But it works.

Train hard when it makes sense.
Train smart all the time.
And keep showing up...

That’s the game.
