This is a picture of my younger brother Ryan Chapman with his medals from IR Griffith primary school inter house meet.
We both swam for IRG and I was the coach of the swimming team at the time and for 3 years we were undefeated in Johannesburg

Just starting to combine sideward breathing pattern with a freestyle stroke and don't forget that flutter kick.

'By 5 years old a child should be swimming unassisted and be able to show a sustainable swimming technique.
This is a base and from here we can start to work on improving certain aspects of their stroke.'
