Flying 10 Yard Dash Test This AM!!

Using the OVR Lasers we were able to collect all athletes times as well as their MPH. A cool metric to track as we go throughout the summer and into the school year.

The turf project has started at Lyle Leinbaugh Field.

Speed will start tomorrow (6/9) at the High School Tennis Courts at 8:00AM. We will divide group’s up after we stretch.
