5. Coach Corey’s Tip #1: Always warm up ankles, knees, and hips before explosive jumping.
6. Tip #2: Take off with balanced feet and controlled arm swing—no rushed jumps.
7. Tip #3: Land softly on the balls of the feet, bending knees and hips to absorb force.
8. Tip #4: Keep chest up and knees aligned over toes to reduce injury risk and build longevity.
