Four Winds Academy of Martial Arts

Four Winds Academy of Martial Arts Tai Chi Classes are held Tuesday 6pm to 7pm
Self-Defense Classes Tuesday 7pm to 8pm Four Winds Academy of Martial Arts is a diverse school of self-defense.

Its foundation is Shaolin Ssu Kempo. It utilizes techniques from Chin-Na, Wing Chun, Tai Chi Chuan, Pa Kua, Qi Gung, Judo, Aikido and Jujitsu and Arnis de Mano. Its emphasis is on "short range" techniques for controlling, seizing and unbalancing an opponent.
