News Flash: This country of ours ain’t perfect. We’ve screwed the pooch way more than once. We’ve stumbled and fell, fought brother against brother and have looked like a spoiled teenager throwing temper tantrum for all the rest of the world to see. Yeah we’ve shown our ass more than once & I’m sure we will again. But, why is that? Why the hell do we get so riled up? Because we’re Americans. Because we believe every Individual has the God Given Right to believe what they believe and have the Freedom to express it. Because we’re Passionate about our beliefs. Because we Love w/ every fiber of our being. Americans are the Extreme. We don’t know how to be fence post sitters, satisfied w/ whatever life throws our way. We hate bland milk toast lifestyle w/ no flavor. We want Spicy Heat. No we ain’t perfect, but we’re perfect together. We’re a mixing pot of every nation the world over...A mixing pot of every nation All endowed w/ Life, Liberty & the Pursuit of Happiness. That’s what makes us the best. God Bless the USA!

The Archery Outlaws group is committed to hosting the best State ASA tournament that any of us has ever attended. We will have a food truck on sight to provide burgers, bbq, hot dogs and sides along with drinks. We will also have an ice cream truck on site to help us cool down on what is sure to be a hot July weekend. Please bring cash for entry fees and food. We expect to have a range set up that will be the easiest most enjoyable to walk of any we have shot at an ASA state championship. The majority of, if not all of our targets will be new McKenzie ASA targets. The practice range includes a pavilion to shoot from with plenty of room to accommodate the big group of shooters that we expect for the event. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to let Chris Adams or I know. There are a few qualifiers left so make sure if you haven't visited a local club for a state qualifier make plans to attend one of the remaining shoots. There is a list of them on this page and Chad Rahe can get you the details on them if you need it. The state shoot will be at Cove Springs Archery Park in Frankfort the weekend of July 15th. We will be offering shoot times of Friday at 5pm Saturday at 9, 12, and 3 Sunday at 9 and 12. The awards ceremony will take place following the 12 pm shoot time on Sunday. We will be taking preregistration for shoot times so if you have a preferred time please let me know.

Our first shoot of the year is coming up this weekend!!! Our annual Wounded Warrior Benefit. This weekend Saturday & Sunday May 27th & 28th. Veterans & Active duty shoot for free!!! Registration starts at 8:00 a.m.
