Class layout will be:
5 minute dynamic warm up
6 rounds of kickboxing (shadow boxing, bag work, and padwork)
5 minutes of core
3 minutes of stretching

Team went 2-1 last weekend on Shamrock FC!

Will was dominating the stand up on the fight and was competitive on the ground. But ended up stuck in a bad position. Not bad for his first fight against a guy with 7x the experience. And lost Via TKO his record is now 0-1 as an amateur. He will be back and better than ever.

Roman dominated the fight from bell to bell ultimately winning his fight in the first round by TKO! Improves amateur record to 1-0 in kickboxing

Lastly head coach Tyler Rowe fought in the comain event knocking his opponent down 6 times with a violent and fast pace. Ultimately winning by TKO in the second round. Improving his professional record to 3-0 with 3 finishes! 👊🏼
