How’d everyone do with the steps last week+water??
This week we are adding….SLEEP! 😴
Easy right?! However I know tons of us are lacking it! And no this isn’t an excuse to sleep in and skip your workout! 🤪
Getting enough sleep is instrumental for your health!
Sleep benefits include:
Staying at a healthy weight ✅
Reducing stress and improving your mood ✅
Thinking more clearly ✅
Getting sick less ✅
Lowering your risk for serious health issues ✅
And the list goes on!
Adults are recommended to get between 7-9 hours each night. So for the next week I challenge you to log how much sleep you are getting! Let us know how it goes!!
