A Note about Earth Day at IVY Studio:

Although classes and workshops will be FREE to attendees (feedback surveys are required), we will accept donations of any amount, which will benefit Kyla Strong, 3-year-old Kyla Yorkey's Leukemia battle. We are hoping to raise enough to help Kyla purchase her own back yard playground set, as her immune system isn't strong enough to share public play sets. Please help us in our efforts for Kyla Strong; you can donate directly here:

Youngster Yoga (Ages 6 and under)- Tuesdays at 10:45am and Thursdays at 3:45pm
Youth Yoga (Ages 7-12)- Thursdays at 4:45pm
RAW HIIT- Fridays at 6:00am
TRX- Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00am

See you today at 4pm for Pilates Burn, 5:30pm for RAW HIIT and/or 7:15pm for Mellow Flow! Summer will be here before you know it!

Hi All, a quick update to our schedule:

Thursday's Yin Yoga is now offered weekly at 12pm!

Yin is a deeply restorative practice, where deep, stretch-enhancing poses are held for extended time, in order to stimulate the most effective recovery experience for tired muscles and bodies. This practice is especially great as a balance for high-intesity athletes, or anyone who needs some deep stretching! See you there!
