David Huisman was inducted into the Midwest Hall of Fame last weekend!! David is one of our younger HOF members but he has already done so much for our region and the sport since joining in college.
David, we cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work. David is always willing to help as an official, he's been a board member for the MCWSA and NCWSA, and he's someone anyone can feel comfortable around to ask questions or get help from.
Thank you for absolutely everything and all the good times, always hang around, Team Midwest loves you🩷

At the 2025 Collegiate Nationals banquet, Cale Burdick was inducted into the NCWSA Hall of Fame! Congratulations Cale!
Cale has an incredibly long resume when it comes to waterskiing - especially slalom - but he’s also a strong overall competitor. He still holds the Midwest slalom record of 2@41' off. Cale has done so much for this sport, the NCWSA, Team Midwest, Purdue Waterski, and his family. We could go on and on about Cale - there’s truly no one more deserving of this honor.
Cale was unable to attend the banquet to personally accept the award. In recognition of his achievement, his close friend and competitor, Storm Selsor, joined by the Purdue Waterski Team accepted the honor on his behalf.

2025 Collegiate Nationals!! We had 9 teams competing between D1 and D2, shoutout to all the teams for traveling so far to make this event special year after year🩷 Purdue also accepted an award on Cale Burdick's behalf for being inducted in the NCWSA hall of fame!
