MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!! Thank you to all the amazing members of the community who stepped up and donated to Allie cancer fight. Together, we raised over $2500 in less than a month, and I couldn't be more proud of my community.
Allie, we as a community will continue to pray for you and stand with you in your fight. We will pray for your strength, your healing, and your future.

Wanted to take a second to highlight my friend and client Craig. Craig started with me early summer weighing 269 lbs and is currently at 232 lbs!! What makes this such an amazing accomplishment is that Craig is blind, has down syndrome, chronic nerve damage, sleep apnea, spinal stenosis, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. I am so proud of you, Craig, for deciding to take control of your health. You have really impressed me with your dedication and desire to be the best version of yourself. With the help of your amazing family, I know you will continue to succeed. We have 20 lbs to go, and we can ditch the C pap machine and some of the medications.
Craig is a perfect example of what Faith and Wellness Fit Camp is all about....no excuses, just solutions. Would you all join me in giving a huge round of applause and fist bumps for my friend CRAIG!! GREAT JOB MY FRIEND

FUNDRAISER ALERT!!!!
I know it's breast cancer awareness month, but this young lady and her family are on my heart. As many of you know, cancer is cancer. Doesn't matter what the name of the cancer is, it sucks regardless.
Allie is a freshman at Imperial High School and was recently diagnosed with leukemia. You can imagine the strain of this diagnosis mentally, physically, and financially on the family. I have decided to use the month of October to fundraise for the Reeves family in an attempt to mitigate the financial strain of their daughter's diagnosis.
So how this works is, if we can raise $2500 or more this month, I will have my daughter hook me up a full set of painted, blinged out acrylic nails that I have to wear for a whole week 😩. Now, for those of you who know me, this is absolutely the most horrible thing in the whole wide world😐. I will have a bucket at the gym for donations, and if you DM me, I can give you my Zelle info. I am trying to stay away from Venmo. So, if you have any change, $1, or anything to spare this month, please consider donating it to the Reeves family. Thank you in advance.
