Got a little restless and decided to train a little bit. While classes may have temporarily been postponed due to Covid-19, we should make an effort to practice while still adhering to the advice provided to us but actual health professionals. Stay healthy and train when possible, ya good people!

The Chula Vista crew after a long day of martial arts greatness. Congrats to all the big winners at this year's instructor's tournament. It was good experience, and we'll be back next year.

Selfie time: had about 40 minutes until I had to start teaching. Decided to spend it beating up the heavy bag. Had to lose the hoodie about 20 minutes in. Overall good workout to get me started today.

On another note, is it obvious that the shorts are much newer than the hoodie?
