Yoga has been an amazing transition from dance, I'm so grateful to have this new outlet to express myself in a physicial/artistic & spiritual way! And now being blessed to extend my knowledge to others as an instructor! I may not be the most flexible but I keep working on it and improving! Some days are better than others, and sometimes it's just fun to play around with maneuvering into the different poses our bodies allow us to become! 🙏🏼💚🧘🏼‍♀️
