BE IB FIT Kids Summer Camp is on again.
M- Th 130p- 330p and Friday 4p- 6P

Events include daily fitness work outs sport introduction, ocean and beach training (in Coronado), paddleboarding and daily swimming. End of camp bonfire and pool party.

Body Effects Imperial Beach is back. If you're not familiar with us. Come try a free trial week. I assure you, you'll learn so much after day 1, let alone a full week. Kids Summer program coming soon. ( note; we're still looking for kickboxing and Zumba instructor) We're located atv201 Palm Ave. #1. Across the street from Pizza port.

We do currently offer private training, Pilates, Senior Fitness, After-school Fitness, and chair yoga.

Classes for 18 months and up‼️

Ages 3.5 and up will be apart of our recital.

Monday 4:30-5:30 mini ballet/tap ONE SPOT OPEN! ages 3.5 - 5
7:15-8:15 hip hop 2

Tuesday 6:30-7:30 jazz 2
7:30-8:30 tap 2

Wednesday 4:30-6:00 ballet/tap/jazz combo ages 6-9

Thursday 6:30-7:30 jazz 2
7:30-8:30 hip hop 1

Friday 5:00-6:00 mini hip hop THREE SPOTS LEFT

Saturday 9:00-9:30 baby and me - ages 18months -2.5
9:30-10:00 Music and movement - ages 2.5-3.5
10:30-12:00 ballet/tap/jazz combo ages 6-9
12:00-1:00 mini ballet/tap ages 3.5 - 5
