2026 Loreto is in the books. What a trip! I’m looking forward to getting my boat buttoned up and ready for the Ilwaco season. Loreto Baja, Sea of Cortez fishing is tough to beat this time of year. 75-85*, gorgeous sunrises, and lots of hungry fish. We caught more species than I can count. Well over 100 yellowtail. If you’re looking for a place to stay, check out my friend Aaron’s place.

Tuna for sale Sunday. We have our commercially caught Albacore Tuna for sale as whole fish. These fish will be caught by us specially for you on October 4. The tuna will be available late morning on Sunday October 5 in Ilwaco and then later in the day in Woodland, Washington where we're making a delivery. They are $4.50 a pound for whole fish.

These fish will probably average 14 pounds, some smaller and some larger.
