CVA T&F wants to give a birthday shout out to Domingo Mejia (Shotbysunday.) He's the young man that came to our home meets rain or shine and took pictures and videos for the kids asking nothing in return. I know the kids and especially the parents really enjoyed them! Thanks again!!!Happy birthday Domingo!!!

Logan and his teammates ran a season best with a 3:36.24 and took 3rd in their heat. That wraps up his time in Des. Moines, Iowa at the AAU Junior Olympics. We're all proud of you back home and can't wait to see what the upcoming season brings!

Good luck today to CVA's Logan Kubecka and his teammates Ryan Patterson Max Heiland and Aiden Weaver as they compete in the 4x400m Relay at the AAU Jr Olympic Games in Des Moines, Iowa. Relays are scheduled to start at 2pm our time. They're in heat 7 of 7, so it will be a little later on.

Good luck today and this week to CVA's Logan Kubecka as he competes in the AAU Jr Olympic Games in Des Moines, Iowa. Logan will be competing in the 15-16 age group 800m and 4x400 relay. The 800 starts at 12:45 today, Logan's race will be later on as it goes by age groups. He's in heat 3 of his group.

Coach French lost a bet set in the beginning of the season with discus thrower Anastasia Spatto. The bet, throw 95 feet and qualify for State Quals. Her best last year was 76 feet, she threw 95-3. So yesterday (set up) and today it was time to pay the Piper.
