Great news His blood count is holding steady. He was able to sit up today. Drinking entire protein shake went to the bathroom. Twice took a shower and is now back in the bed, We accomplished everything we set out to do today towards a goal of being able to leave by Friday. God is good all the time

Good morning all. Blood work is improved this morning. Internal bleeding has gotten better and vitals have improved. Dr's confirm no transfusion and no blood capillaries procedures necessary today.

The trauma team came through briefly. They want to focus on his transition from I'v meds to pills with the goal of going hm Monday/ discharge. Everything is trending the right direction except the pain and bms . But hes positive and fighting the good fight 😤

Update: Butch is eating food but still struggling with pain and not moving well . Hoping to get out of bed and make a BM today..looking like we're going to be here past Monday 😩 this vacation is never-ending

He's in so much pain Dr's say there's alot of blood in his abdominal cavity creating a inflammation gas bubbles. They had to up his meds to Get him comfortable with ketamine and karphyntenol. Last night was long and terrible.

Update :Butch has been put on the schedule for 430p mountain time to have stint put in for urinary tract... but we have not yet talked to the urologist to get details

Update: on a scale of 1 to 5 his kidney damage is a 4 they are trying to see if he is good enough to go home without kidney surgery at this point. He may have a procedure this evening to put a stint in to stop damage from his urinary tract from leaking. I'll know more after he's seen by urologist

Good news Butch Clemons is doing better today still waiting for more test on blood work and new scans. Shattered kidney is bleeding less today clearer urine is the best sign of recovery so far!
