I made the yummiest and prettiest salad last night for dinner. It tasted like summer in my mouth. It was spinach (I used some romaine too because I ran out of spinach), cooked chicken, strawberries, and almonds topped with this poppyseed dressing: 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 TB Red wine vinegar, 2 TB honey, and 2 tsp poppy-seeds. The dressing makes 1 to 2 servings depending on how big your salad is. 👌🏽😋

I HAD to get a good calorie burn in after eating cake and pizza for my birthday yesterday. Blah! This workout always does the trick if you really want to get the sweat going. Almost 400 calories in 30 minutes. TGIF!

•Ok, first of all I get so nervous to post these pics so be kind please!😳😬Before and after pictures are what really drive me! It's where you can truly see your progress. I am a little over 4 months postpartum so I still have work to do and probably about 15-20 pounds more to lose.
•Overall while using 22 Minute Hard Corps for 9 weeks, I lost 17 pounds and 18 inches! But I think the thing I notice the most from these pictures is that my shorts aren't skin tight. 😳They became a lot looser. I have also noticed how much my stamina has improved. I could hardly do burpees when I first started and now they have become a lot easier.
•I loved this program. It was so great to start out with because... well it's only 22 minutes. Newborn's suck a lot of time up and are inconsistent with naps so this worked perfectly. Of course, eating healthy had to come into play. It was hard finding a balance between eating enough and not too much since I'm breastfeeding. (I don't wanna lose my milk supply)

I just finished my first program postpartum! 22 Minute Hard Corps was the perfect workout to start out with because it's only 22 minutes and with a newborn sometimes time is hard to spare for a workout. I just finished HELL week. I signed this card saying I would complete this week to the best of my ability and post a sweaty-mess picture with the hashtag . So here it is. I'm done!! Now I'm going to do a week of PiYo for recovery. Then on to Core De Force!

3 ingredient peanut butter cups! Coconut oil, chocolate shakeology, and peanut butter. I love those dang Reese's peanut butter eggs, but opted to make these instead. They definitely aren't the REAL thing, but they satisfied my craving for Easter candy for now. 😍
