Have you noticed that the word “stretch” suggests some kind of action and its direction?
Exactly. It is not limp to hang in the field of gravity, waiting for what happens to the muscles there. Do not force the position with force, overfishing the joints.
And at least, be aware of point A, from which the muscle stretches. And point B, to which it stretches 😉
Therefore, the action of stretching should be “gentle”, such a GOOD feeling. So that the pain does not take away your ability to feel. And so that there is still enthusiasm and desire to direct this feeling of stretching.
In general, who understands what I'm talking about here. And even more so for those who do not understand. The main thing is clear. That Yoga is happiness 😉✨❤️

I can do yoga everywhere. Independently on someone watching me, independently on sounds around. Is it good or bad? I don’t know.. It’s just my thing
