Robin and I made it safely back home from our vacation. Thank you all for the prayers for safe travels. We will see everyone, all classes resume at there regular times starting Monday.

It was brought to my attention that Idabel will be having it's anual fireworks display on Thursday night. With this in mind we will not be having class on Thursday night. We hope everyone understands and has a fantastic forth of July weekend. All other class this week remain unchanged.

If your still trying to get in better shape for the summer come down and work out with us. Exercise classes are Monday and Wednesday. First few classes are free, we would love to work with you on your fitness goals.
