If your still trying to get in better shape for the summer come down and work out with us. Exercise classes are Monday and Wednesday. First few classes are free, we would love to work with you on your fitness goals.

We will be holding our anual Murph workout tonight at 7pm. Love to see everyone who's able come down and help us celebrate Memorial Day. Let's all remember what this day is about. God bless everyone.
