Just finished my Shakeology! I drank it so fast I forget to get a picture. Oh well, next time for sure!! Today I decide to start my morning off right with my superfoods. And I'm staying on course with my nutrition because I have goals to meet. I'm a goal digger and WILL get to where I'm going.

What are you doing today to help you get to your goal? You won't accomplish anything by thinking about it, you have to work for it.

Yes I'm on a diet and yes I'm staying on it. It's all about eating what you love in the right portions. Lucky for me there's a restaurant list in my portion Fix diet book so I know what containers I'm eating from.

DOWN OVER 6 POUNDS!!

About 6 weeks ago I was given the ok to workout and eat healthy to start losing weight after having my 2nd baby. And let's face it, I haven't done as great as I wanted to but I know why I haven't done that well.

5 days a week I was doing my 30 minute workouts. I would crush my workouts and I was so excited to feel my body getting used to all the exercises again. Being on fire while walking down the basement stairs to get my laundry was a reminder of what I was working towards.

However, I was NOT eating right. I'll say it out right. I was eating CRAP 💩. I'd have too many slices of pizza, way too much pasta with way too much cheese. Italian is my weakness.

Anyway, I said since I'm having such a hard time with eating right I'm going to focus 100% on my diet. I'm ok with missing workouts to make sure I stay on target with my eating habits. I've been eating right since Tuesday and I'm down 3 pounds.

You can't outwork a bad diet. It's 100% true for me. So while I take the rest of the week to make sure I stay on target I'm contemplating my next workout program. There are sooooo many to choose from and it's got me excited thinking about my next program.
