Ultimate mooch. Sent in by a kayaker. The kayak was fishing all alone had a couple fish around him, and this guy was driving by and decided to come right in and fish right next to him.
Not sure why boats have to be gravitated to the kayaks give them a little room ..
I heard he did not like being called out.. 😂😂😂
