‼️💃🏻 THROW IT BACK THURSDAY 🕺🏻‼️ to a couple month ago..where Forte Ninjas UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! Congratulations to TODAY’S birthday girl Emmalynn—crushing not only Stage 1..or Stage 2..but also Stage 3 this year, & holding it down & representing Forte as our only Tier 1 pr***en female making it to the Stage 3 course!
Emmalynn has been with us at Forte since the summer of 2023, and since then, she has skyrocketed ☄️ across this sport! 3 years later, she is now 1 of our top leaders who is constantly offering to help—showing younger ninjas what’s what, guiding newer ones with techniques on obstacles, and even (begging 😂🙏🏼) to clean/mop the mats after practices. She’s one of those athletes who just always stays humble & gives you the fist bump..but is also the same one who will out-lift..& outsmart ya..day in & day out..(not kidding) 😅🏋🏻‍♀️🥷🏼🧠
After her bewildering 17 Tier 1 comp-worth 🤯🫣🤯 of a szn this past year, Emmalynn showed up to Worlds—ready to take Stages & names. After an amazing Stage 3 course run, this BA girly finished 49th (out of 149 Tier 1 pr***en females) overall. Words cannot describe how proud we are of you Em—you said you wanted it this year—& well, hot damn, you showed up—and got it. 🦾🫶🏻🦾
Emmalynn—your teammates, family, friends, & of course coaches couldn’t be more excited for you after everything you’ve accomplished this season. You have worked your butt off since joining our little team way back in the summer of 2023. Nothing has, or will, stop you my friend. You are a magnificent human, both inside & out, and inspire so many littles to do what you do—no matter the outcome. You are an athlete who others aspire to become. We are so lucky to have you as a Forte veteran, and even luckier to continuously watch you grow into an amazing teen, one practice at a time. You deserve this Stage 3 girlfriend—so don’t you ever let anyone try and tell you otherwise. Keep being the magical human that you are Em—and keep crushing all your ninja goals! Can’t wait to see you do it again this upcoming szn!

‼️👯‍♀️WOMAN CRUSH WEDNESDAY👯‍♀️‼️ to about 2 months ago..where Forte Ninjas UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! Congratulations to Maren—her 1st year competing on our team, & this little girly pop 👧🏻—at just the age of 6–being our only Tier 2 female kiddo making it to Stage 3! 🏆
Maren has been an active part of our Forte fam for quite some time now, but this year was the year where she said she planned to “do it all by herself!” too (& boy should that part have come with a sparkle warning for Coach Autumn 😂✨🙈).
While this has only been Maren’s 1st season on team, this little fireball ☄️ showed up ready to rumble. Although “small,” she is the definition of mighty—and we say that in all aspects. Throughout each & every practice..work out..and competition, this—just under 4 foot+purely & completely all muscle—6 year old kiddo, never stops showing up & inspiring others.
As for her own World Championship results this year(2026), Maren:
•completed 6/7 obstacles in just over 1 minute (1:01) during Stage 1! 🔥
•FULLY CLEARED all 8 obstacles during Stage 2! 🔥🔥
•AND…made it to Stage 3! 🔥🔥🔥
Maren—you are an incredible powerhouse & prime example of a female athlete who sets the example as to what it truly takes to be in this competitive realm of ninja. Your ‘silly but knows when to be serious’ attitude, continuous dedication to conquering those height checks, constant “I got your back” support (both on & off the floor), and your forever “ #1 cheerleader” personality is truly contagious.
We couldn’t be more proud of you girlfriend. Your mom, dad, brother, family, friends, and of course coaches, are so amazed by everything you have accomplished this season. “Just a little girl” huh? Maren says “Alright, well…watch me do it better while being half your size then…💁🏻‍♀️🦾🤷🏻‍♀️🦾💁🏻‍♀️.”
Keep your eyes out for this one folks. She’s only 7 yrs. old now 😈👯‍♀️🙏🏼👯‍♀️😈

When we say there’s no off season..we mean it. Our competitive ninja team has been working twice as hard and conditioning 3 times harder with our coaches since getting back from NC in June. Now it’s time to amp it up even more in preparation for the start of our WNL Season XII. Who’s in?! 🦾🥷🏼🦾

‼️💃🏻 FLASH IT BACK FRIYAY 🕺🏻‼️ to about a month ago..where Forte Ninjas UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! Congratulations to Leo—taking not only this years’ new MVP award 🏆, but also 1st place on the WNL’s All Balance Team 🥇 for Forte in the Tier 1 mature male division!
Leo has been part of our Forte fam since fall of 2022, starting his ninja world at the young age of just 5! Now 4 years later (and still only age 9), Leo has been both a positive influence on the gym’s ninja program, as well as the other kids who join the team year after year.

After a staggering 🤯☄️ 36 ☄️🤯competitions this past WNL szn, Leo walked into Worlds ready to show everyone what was up. Making it to Stage 3, it was clear that his hard work and constant dedication to competitions throughout the szn truly made a difference. As an established Forte team member, Leo has shown others (both on and off the gym floor) what it takes to become a successful ninja: confident commitment, actual full sends, some hard hits, more getting-back-to-its, and a wholeeee lot of back flip fly aways (without Coach Autumn catching him 😜).
Leo—your friends, family, coaches, and all your teammates could not be more proud of everything you have accomplished this ninja szn! You have grown as a leader (in the eyes of your Forte teammates as well as within the ninja community), and are truly an inspiration as to what this sport is really about. Your genuine support of others, your continuous sportsmanship, your overall kindness, and your solid ‘work hard, play hard’ mentality has made this year one for the books. The credit is all yours—the real MVP! 🏆🎖️🏆

‼️💃🏻 THROW IT BACK THURSDAY 🕺🏻‼️ to exactly 1 month ago..where Forte Ninjas UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! Congratulations to Declan—taking both 1st place World Champ 🥇 AND 3rd place Strongest Ninja 🥉 podiums for Forte in the Tier 2 mature male division!
Declan joined our Forte fam mid szn in 2025..decided to qualify for New England Regionals during his 1st competition that same spring…and clearly planned accordingly for szn XI. Practicing his ninja skills day in and day out..actively listening to his coaches when given feedback..writing down and visualizing small goals on sticky notes before each one of his New England competitions every weekend…Declan showed up and then said..’WATCH ME FLEX!’ 🦾🏆🦾.
Declan—your coaches, family (especially Jack; swipe for THE vibe 🤪🫶🏻😂), and all your teammates could not be more proud of you and your successes this szn🏆. You have truly worked THE hardest..your dedication is inspiring. You not only earned this, you DESERVE IT! Now let’s get back to FLEXIN’ ON EM’! 🦾😏🦾
